PLACING AN ORDER
To place an order, click on the "Add to Cart" button next to each item. When you are finished shopping, select the view cart link and proceed to check out. First time customers will be required to register. Return customers save time, by simply inserting their username and password.
For your convenience, we have installed a Secured Shopping Cart via Paypal where you may use your credit card for on-line ordering. If you experience any difficulties in placing an order, please contact us.
We accept credit cards through paypal. Paypal also allows you to directly transfer from your bank account.
Please allow 1-3 weeks for delivery,depending on items; as all items are custom designs, and will be handled on an individual basis. Shipping time is the amount of time before your item leaves my studio. Once shipped, it usually takes 2-5 days to arrive. All items are shipped with Delivery Confirmation.
There is no minimum order. Shipping is automatically calculated and added to the total order at check out.
CANCELLING AN ORDER
Once the creating process has begun, we cannot cancel an order. Keep in mind, orders normally get started within 24 hours of being received.
Please notify us via E-mail, within 24 hours of receiving the item. We cannot be responsible for damages that are not reported within 24 hours of delivery. Each piece is carefully wrapped and packaged prior to shipping. Please retain the original packing material for inspection by the postal carrier. We cannot/will not be responsible for damaged items without proof of our mailing materials present.
INCORRECT SPELLING / INFORMATION
Please be sure to double check the details of your order before submitting it. We create each item upon receiving the order, based on the information given in the order form. We cannot be held responsible for incorrect personalization if the item was created according to the order.
